At Lovebox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Lovebox account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the Lovebox and all original accessories into its original box to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
